OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced revenue growth of 19.1% in Russian rubles in March 2014, and revenue growth of 17.8% in Russian rubles for the first three months of 2014.

For the first three months of 2014, DIXY Group revenue increased to RUR 49.8 bln (USD 1.4 bln) by 17.8% in RUR (2.5% in USD) year-on-year.

In March 2014, DIXY Group revenue increased to RUR 18.2 bln (USD 503.2 mln) by 19.1% in RUR (1.4% in USD) year-on-year.

• Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 14.1 bln (USD 389.9 mln) by 22.4% in RUR (4.1% in USD) in March 2014 compared to March 2013.

• Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.5 bln (USD 69.6 mln) by 11.6% in RUR

(decreased by 5.0% in USD) year-on-year in March 2014.

Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets amounted to RUR 2.0 bln (USD 56.3 mln), demonstrating 15.2% year-on-year growth in RUR (a decrease of 2.0% in USD) in March 2014.

Retail revenue from Victoria neighborhood stores amounted to RUR 404.1 mln (USD 11.2 mln) in March 2014 compared to RUR 417.9 mln (USD 13.6 mln) in March 2013.

Retail revenue from cash & carry store CASH amounted to RUR 78.0 mln (USD 2.2 mln) in March 2014 compared to RUR 70.5 mln (USD 2.3 mln) in March 2013.

• Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.4 bln (USD 39.8 mln) by 5.2% in RUR (decreased by 10.5% in USD) year-on-year in March 2014. The growth was driven primarily by MegaMart compact hypermarkets retail revenue, which increased to RUR 1.2 bln (USD 31.9 mln) by 7.3% in RUR (decreased by 8.7% in USD). MiniMart stores retail revenue decreased to RUR 283.5 mln (USD 7.8 mln) by 2.6% in RUR (decreased by 17.1% in USD).
