OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency assigned 'Arctique' creditworthiness (long-term creditworthiness) rating A, which means high credit solvency, the second rating sublevel, the stable outlook. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

High financial standing of the Company's major investees, the moderately high level of planning and the low share of receivables in assets had a positive impact on the rating. In addition, the Agency's analysts highlight the moderately low share of payables in liabilities, asset increase, the high risk management level and absence of past-due receivables and payables as of March 31, 2014.

The extremely low liquidity ratio, the high debt level, high currency risks and business loss were regarded as the rating-restraining factors. The negative equity value and its reduction also restrained the rating.
