OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrtelecom introduces a new effective business management model. As part of changes, functions of some business units have been transferred to the Executive Office, with all regional branches of the Operator integrated into 7 macroregions.

Ukrtelecom continues to implement the transformation of the business and business processes. A new model of business management introduced at the central and regional levels will increase the competitive edge of the Operator in the telecommunications market of Ukraine. It will also create new professional opportunities for our staff and will be the basis of quality changes leading to the customer-oriented Company.

Business management model at the regional level provides for integration of the existing regional branches into 7 macroregions. There is a managing branch assigned for each macroregion, each managing branch coordinating the operation of others. Consolidation of the structure will allow using the synergy and enhancing business efficiency.

We remind you that earlier, in order to exclude overlapping and increase business productivity, the functions of several branches were integrated into the central structure of the Company's Executive Office.

Structure of Ukrtelecom's macroregions is as follows:

Central macroregion: Kyiv city, Kyiv oblast, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy, Chernihiv branches.

West macroregion: Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia branches.

East macroregion: Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy branches.

Dnipro macroregion: Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Zaporizhia branches.

South macroregion: Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kherson branches.

Southeast macroregion: Donetsk and Luhansk branches.

Crimea macroregion: Sevastopol and Crimea branches.
