Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging and frontier markets investment bank, has announced that Mohamed Zeinelabedin joined its growing MENA office as Vice President, MENA research analyst, covering consumer and retail sectors. Based in Dubai, he reports to Ahmed Badr, CEO of Renaissance Capital MENA and David Ferguson, Deputy Head of Research.

Mr. Zeinelabedin was previously a Senior Equity Research Analyst at CI Capital in Cairo, where he was responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of stocks under coverage in the clothing, home furnishing, automotive and electronics sectors. Prior to this role, he worked at HC Securities & Investment and as a Junior Economist at the Egyptian Ministry of Trade & Industry. He was ranked as one of the top five MENA consumer research analysts in the 2015 Thomson Reuters Extel survey.
