OREANDA-NEWS  The largest wine producer in Russia has complained to the Supreme Court about its nationalization. The document sent by the Ariant group of companies to the acting Chairman of the Supreme Court, Peter Serkov, was at the disposal of RBC.

The complaint says that the consideration of the case in the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk region took place in record time, three days were allocated for the study of 25 volumes of the case, and individuals were not notified of their involvement as defendants.

According to the authors of the appeal, the judges "grossly violated the fundamental principles of the judiciary — independence, legality, equality of all before the law and the court, equality of the parties and competitiveness."

The amount of the Prosecutor General's claim against Ariant is 105 billion rubles. The initial claims amounted to 28.53 billion rubles.

In favor of the state, 100 percent shares of Kuban-Vino, Yuzhnaya Agrofirm and a number of others were withdrawn.
