OREANDA-NEWS   Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Tula on Friday, December 23. The trip was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, the head of state will get acquainted with the products of the military-industrial complex in the city, and will also hold a meeting to meet the needs of a special military operation (SVO).

"The issue of ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces, primarily those taking part in a special military operation, the need for weapons, for military special equipment will be discussed," he said.

On December 19, Putin arrived in Minsk for talks with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko. The Presidents discussed regional security and collective response to threats. The heads of the defense ministries of Russia and Belarus also participated in the negotiations in a narrow format.
