The President of Laos has arrived in Russia on a visit

OREANDA-NEWS Lao President Thonglong Sisulit has arrived in Russia on a visit, a source at the country's embassy in Moscow told RIA Novosti.
"The plane landed at the capital's airport," the source said.
The Kremlin press service noted that Thonglong Sisulit will be one of the honored guests at the military parade in honor of the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Earlier, the plans of the President of Laos to attend the parade were also announced by the Deputy Minister of Education of Russia Denis Gribov. He clarified that Sisulit will visit Moscow first, and then go to St. Petersburg, where he will visit the A.I. Herzen Pedagogical University.
