OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian side is open to constructive dialogue with Buenos Aires on a wide range of issues on the international and bilateral agenda, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti.

"We proceed from the fact that a new Argentine government is currently being formed, which will have to implement in practice a program of solutions to the difficult problems facing this country," Zakharova said, responding to a request to comment on Argentine media reports about a telephone conversation between Argentine President-elect Javier Miley and Vladimir Zelensky, in which, with reference to the environment Miley mentions the readiness of the new Argentine authorities to host a multilateral meeting "Ukraine - Latin America" in Buenos Aires.

"We hope that in the course of such work, a concrete plan of foreign policy steps will also be drawn up, taking into account Argentina's role in world affairs and assessments of global and regional realities," the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added.

"For our part, we are always open to constructive dialogue with Buenos Aires on a wide range of issues on the international and bilateral agenda," Zakharova concluded.
