OREANDA-NEWS. Nissan company is considering of delivery again the Nissan Juke crossover to the Russian market due to the stabilization of the economic situation in the country and the ruble exchange rate. This was reported to the agency "AUTOSTAT" by the director of public relations of Nissan in Russia, Roman Skolsky, by adding that the terms of resumption of supplies and prices will be announced later. Recall, in the spring of 2016 it was decided to suspend supplies of Nissan Juke from the UK due to the sharply increased rate of the European currency.

In addition, several new models were introduced this year in the European market, including the Nissan Qashqai of 2017 model year with the innovative autonomous control system ProPILOT. In June of this year, the updated Nissan X-Trail will be presented in Cardiff (England). According to Roman Skolsky, these novelties will be presented certainly in the Russian market later.

Nissan continues to implement its strategy in the Russian market, by keeping the positions in the top ten of the most popular brands of the country in accordance with its long-term plans. The focus in sales of Nissan in Russia is moving towards crossovers and off-road cars produced locally. So, for example, Nissan X-Trail and Nissan Qashqai, produced at the Nissan plant in St. Petersburg, occupy confidently a leading position in their segments and they are the best-sellers of brand in the country.
