OREANDA-NEWS The Russian military uses drones developed by ZALA Aero to declassify the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was told by German journalist Julian Repke in a report for Bild.

"ZALA drones with high or at least medium range, which are used by the Russian army, penetrate into Ukrainian territory, declassify enemy positions and transmit data. I think it is very important that these drones do not just penetrate into someone else's land, but also broadcast all the data in real time," the journalist said.

He stressed that the work of such drones poses a huge danger to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since it reveals their maneuvers.

ZALA Aero has developed various reconnaissance drones, including the ZALA 421-16E and ZALA 421-24 models. The ZALA 421-16E drone with a communication range of more than 75 kilometers develops speeds of up to 110 kilometers per hour.

In September, the chief designer of ZALA Aero, Alexander Zakharov, announced that the company had developed an Italmas kamikaze drone with an increased warhead and a range of more than 200 kilometers.

In July, Zakharov said that the Lancet kamikaze drones of the new generation would be invulnerable to countermeasures.
