OREANDA-NEWS   Russian President Vladimir Putin held a separate meeting with the acting head of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) Leonid Pasechnik. 

The meeting took place in the Kremlin on Tuesday, December 20. It is noted that during the conversation, the Russian leader asked the acting LNR to talk about work in the field of economic issues, including healthcare, social sphere and economy. "And then we will talk, of course, about all other issues," Vladimir Putin added.

In addition, the Head of state pointed out that the situation in the region remains very difficult.

Previously acting heads of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR) Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik were awarded the highest degree of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.
