OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has dismissed Alexander Yakovets from his position as Commander of the Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), according to a decree published on the official website of the Ukrainian government.

The decree states that Yakovets is being dismissed from his position as commander of the AFU support forces. In its place, he will be appointed head of the State Special Transport Service. Bogdan Bondar has been appointed in Yakovets place as head of the Administration of the State Special Transport Service, after he resigned from his previous position.
Earlier, Minister of Agrarian Policy, Nikolai Solsky, also resigned in Ukraine, amidst a corruption scandal, which led to his dismissal.
