Russia Has Reopened an Air Communicatiom With Five More Countries From May 25. Tourists from today have an opportunity to visit Iceland, Malta, Mexico, Portugal and Saudi Arabia. It is reported on the official website of the Russian government.

Earlier there was an information that the decision to open flights to these countries was made after after improvement in the epidemiological situation in them. 

Three flights a week are planned from Moscow to Jeddah, Cancun and Lisbon. There also will be two flights from the capital to Reykjavik and Valletta.

Besides, air comminicatiom with Finland is increasing to seven flights a week from Moscow and St. Petersburg. From May 25, there will be seven more flights a week  on the Moscow-Tokyo and Vladivostok-Tokyo routes. And as it is known. one flight to Tokyo is resumed from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The restrictions were gradually removed from a number of countries. However, some states have decided let tourists in countries if vaccination is confirmed. So, on May 13, 2021, the Minister of Tourism of Greece, Haris Theocharis, said that the country would accept travelers vaccinated with Sputnik V or vaccinated with a Chinese drug against COVID-19.

A day later, Greece canselled restrictions on the entry of Russians. Now Russian citizens can not go through quarantine if they are vaccinated or have negative test for coronavirus.
