OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has assigned Saudi Arabia's upcoming US dollar-denominated senior unsecured medium term notes an expected rating of 'AA-(EXP) '.

The assignment of the final rating is contingent on the receipt of final documents conforming to information already received.

KEY RATING DRIVERS

The expected rating is in line with Saudi Arabia's Long-Term Foreign Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) which was affirmed at 'AA-' with a Negative Outlook on 1 September 2016.

The expected rating of the notes is sensitive to changes in Saudi Arabia's Long-Term Foreign Currency IDR.
