OREANDA-NEWS. The Sponsored Funds segment of SIX Swiss Exchange allows investors to trade fund shares just like regular shares: for each fund a market maker - the Sponsor - provides binding buy and sell prices. Now Bank Julius Baer, one of the two Sponsors at SIX Swiss Exchange, once again enlarged the number of funds.

With 30 new funds admitted to trading, the product universe grows to a total of 367. This allows private investors for the first time to trade ten index funds of Credit Suisse which previously have been reserved to qualified investors. Also new are four equity funds of BZ Fine Funds. Furthermore, the choice of commodity funds has been increased with products from the specialized providers Picard Angst AG and AgaNola AG. Our website provides you with an overview of all new admissions.

Invested in finding solutions

Sponsored Funds offer investors numerous benefits. They can trade fund units like shares at any time and implement investment decisions immediately. Contrary to primary trading, they can execute orders at known prices while enjoing the protection of the regulated trading environment at SIX Swiss Exchange. Meanwhile, the proven advantages of traditional investment funds such as diversity and safety remain.
