OREANDA-NEWS. Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 0.875% three-year USD Reference Notes® security due on July 19, 2019. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAEB1, was priced at 99.758 to yield 0.957%, 12.5 basis points more than the yield on three-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Deutsche Bank, Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. and TD Securities. An application will be made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
