According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C51970016 of the company makes up 600,000 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P51970112 - 200,000 pieces;

- 600,000 preferred shares and all common shares of the company are outstanding;

- the company bought back 190 preferred shares.
