ATFBank says DTZ Settled Debt on Coupon on Bonds
OREANDA-NEWS. ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), a representative of holders of infrastructure bonds KZ2C0Y23B676 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, other debt securities category, DTJLb1) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Oskemen), has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the following:
"The Bank announces that on August 3, 2016 the Issuer carried out partial payment of coupon interest to all bondholders (NIN KZ2C0Y23B676) to the amount of KZT825,393,980.55, which is 86% of the interest accrued for the 11th coupon period.
On August 12, 2016 the Issuer paid out the remaining coupon interest to all bondholders (NIN KZ2C0Y23B676) to the amount of KZT134,366,461.97, which is 14% of the interest accrued for the 11th coupon period.
Thus, the Issuer fully repaid the debt on the 11th coupon period".
