OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn PNC Funding Corp's long - and short-term Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) of 'A+/F1'. The senior, subordinated and commercial paper ratings are unaffected by today's action. A full list of rating actions follows at the end of this release.

Fitch is withdrawing the ratings of PNC Funding as PNC Funding is undergoing a reorganization/no longer exists.

This action follows the internal re-organization of PNC Funding, which has been merged into its parent, PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (PNC) effective Aug. 23, 2016.
