BAST Receives Statement of Claim
OREANDA-NEWS. BAST (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:
"... of the receipt on August 25, 2016 of a court notice (summons) from the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty on the corporate dispute proceedings issued on August 10, 2016.
Summary of the claim: to invalidate the Company's Board of Directors decision and insist on convening the Company's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders".
