Caspi Neft Announces Payment of Dividends on Ordinary Shares
OREANDA-NEWS. Caspi neft (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the following:
"Following a decision of Precious Oil Products Investments B.V., the sole shareholder of the Company, on September 30, 2016 payment of dividends to the sole shareholder of the Company based on results of the second half-year of 2015 to the amount of KZT3,653,430,737 was approved. Dividends based on results of the second half-year of 2015 per ordinary share makes KZT365,343.07.
We inform you that on October 3, 2016 the Company paid the first tranche of dividend payout based on results of the second half-year of 2015 to the amount of KZT1,829,598,840 (equivalent of USD5,454,000 on the payment day)".
