OREANDA-NEWS   On average, new buildings in major cities of the Russian Federation for ten months of 2022 rose to 110 thousand rubles per square meter – by 26%, RIA Real Estate told the press service of the portal "World of Apartments".

According to the portal, which studied the market in 70 Russian cities, from January to October, new buildings rose in price everywhere except Murmansk (-9%) and Grozny (-3%). The strongest growth in the cost per square meter was observed in Vladikavkaz (+34%), Barnaul (+33%), Chita (+33%). The least expensive new buildings in Moscow (+2%), Makhachkala (+5%), Sevastopol (+7%).

The current cost of selling a square meter of secondary housing in Russia has started to grow again, analysts of the federal company "Floors" told Izvestia on November 15.

Since March 2022, the average cost of selling second homes in Russia has been steadily declining, and in August the average discount rose to a record 6%, the company recalled.
