OREANDA-NEWS The share of Russians who are not able to pay utility bills for the three years has almost doubled and reached 23%. Such data on the results of the survey led research holding "Romir".

“23% of Russians said that payments are too heavy for them, which is why not everyone can pay bills. The number of such statements increased almost three times in three years - from 12% in 2016, ”the report of the experts says.

At the same time, it is noted that the number of Russians without any problems paying for utility services has slightly increased from six to eight percent. Almost a third of respondents - 27% - would like to reduce prices for a communal flat (against 33% in 2016). For 42% of respondents, housing and utility prices remain high.

Earlier, a survey of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion showed that 60% of Russians are satisfied with the quality of housing and public utilities services, the National News Service reminds.
