OREANDA-NEWS. August 01, 2016. CSC (NYSE: CSC), a global leader in next-generation IT services and solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with the Credit du Nord group, a French retail banking network, within the framework of their project to modernize part of the company’s information technology application portfolio.

The goal of this strategic program is to migrate and modernize approximately 100 Pascal-based applications to next generation technology, which meet market standards through 2018, while minimizing impact for all Credit du Nord Group employees, who will gain new, more ergonomic and more intuitive applications.

Under the agreement, CSC will bring its expertise in applications modernization, running complex programs and application testing, and will help the Credit du Nord Group implement the solution. The operational structure will combine capabilities offered by CSC’s Asturias delivery center and Sodifrance, especially in supporting program migration equipment.
