OREANDA-NEWS. Singapore Exchange (SGX) is pleased to welcome Hong Kong-based Zhongrong International Futures Company Limited as the newest trading member in its derivatives market.

Michael Syn, Head of Derivatives at SGX said, “We are pleased that Zhongrong International has joined SGX as a Derivatives Trading Member as we continue to expand our footprint in Greater China. The active participation of Zhongrong and their network of clients will add to the liquidity of our growing suite of derivative products.”

The admission of Zhongrong International Futures Company Limited brings the total number of Trading Members in SGX’s derivatives market to 53. The derivatives market also has 24 Clearing Members. In addition, there are 11 Clearing Members for OTC-traded financial derivatives. In the securities market, there are 28 Trading Members and 25 Clearing Members respectively.
