OREANDA-NEWS. Eurasian Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... based on a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing of an administrative sanction under a case of administrative violation of April 25, 2016 ..., issued for committing an administrative violation taking the form of provision by the Bank of unreliable, as well as incomplete accounts repeatedly over a year after imposing of an administrative sanction, the Bank was brought to administrative responsibility under part 3 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in form of a penalty to the amount of 600 monthly calculation indices, or KZT1,272,600".
