The Division 1.2 patch notes include new raid, loot changes, and more
OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2016. As promised, Ubisoft today published the complete patch notes for The Division's soon-to-launch 1.2/Conflict update.
In terms of new content, the m the Clear Sky Incursion, which is set in Columbus Circle. Players need to be level 30 to participate in the activity, which is designed for teams of four players who are equipped with high-level gear.
Hard mode will be available for Clear Sky when the update rolls out tomorrow, May 24, but players will need to wait a week to try the ultra-tough Challenge mode.
The Division's 1.2 update also adds four new Gear Sets, as well as new PvE activities including Search and Destroy missions and High-Value Targets.
There are also a number of general gameplay tweaks introduced with The Division's 1.2 update, including a change so that when a player reaches level 30, they will only be matchmade with other players at the level cap. Additionally, weapon blind fire and overall handling while in cover have been improved.
The update also changes the loot system to be more generous--players can now expect better loot quantity and quality. Additionally, a number of bugs are being fixed with the update, including one that involved players falling through the map in Brooklyn.
You can see the complete patch notes for The Division 1.2 below. This will be The Division's second major free update, following the first one--Incursions--which came out in April. Paid expansions called Underground, Survival, and Last Stand are coming in the future.
