OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2016. Becker’s Hospital Review named executive vice president and chief financial officer Kathy Lancaster to the 2016 edition of its list of top “150 Hospital and Health System CFO’s to Know.” Becker’s has published this annual list since its inception in 2011. This honor is bestowed upon fiscal-minded leaders working in for-profit and not-for profit hospitals and health systems who skillfully navigate through the ever-challenging changes in health care to guide their respective organizations forward through financial uncertainty.

Lancaster joined Kaiser Permanente in 1998. She was promoted to chief financial officer in 2005 and has accountability for the Controller’s Office, Treasury, Procurement, Revenue Cycle, Capital Planning and Enterprise Shared Services including National Facilities Services and Pharmacy Operations. She also provides financial leadership for all of Kaiser Permanente’s regions and national business units.
