Mazda's total domestic production volume in May 2016 decreased 7.2 % compared to May 2015 due to decreased production of passenger and commercial vehicles.

II. Domestic sales

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in May 2016 decreased 33.0% year-on-year, due to decreased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 4.7% (down 3.3 points year-on-year), with a 2.7% share of the micro mini segment (up 0.2 points year-on-year) and a 4.0% total market share (down 2.0 points year-on-year).
