March 26, 2007 in accordance with “Information Technology Development Strategy of JSC “HydroOGK” a special Users Support System has been put into operation at JSC “Regional Power Generation Company of Dagestan” (JSC “DRGK”), reported the press-centre of  JSC “DRGK”. JSC “DRGK” Users Support System is purposed to provide conveniences for the users’ effective work and operative settlement of technical matters.

Now users (employees of the Company) can address all questions concerning their computers and other communication devices to the Users Support System by the phone or via e-mail. Operator of the Users Support System registers each request and sets a concrete time for its solution, and at any time the user can obtain information on the progress of the process. Users Support System is the key device in the mechanism of the management of information technology equipment which is purposed to improve the quality IT service.
