OREANDA-NEWS. On April 04, 2007 the Insurance company SOGAZ-Life Ltd, part of the SOGAZ Insurance Group, has compiled its financial report for 2006. Over the last calendar year, the level of profitability on the additional investment revenue brought in by life insurance contracts that provide for the policyholder’s participation in the insurer’s investment revenue was rated at 13,13% per annum, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ-Life Ltd. This figure was achieved thanks to the company’s effective management of its investment portfolio, and the investment of funds in financial instruments with high return rates. The profit gained allowed the company to attract additional revenue for life insurance contracts with an investment component, which as a result surpassed not only the guaranteed annual return rate, but also inflation.

Nina Smirnova, General Director of the SOGAZ-Life Ltd insurance company, said: “If you consider that inflation on the consumer market stood at 9% in 2006, we can safely say that we have not only provided solid protection for the funds of our clients – we have actually increased revenue for our policyholders using the company’s investment revenue received from investment reserves. This once again proves that the investment mechanism is an extremely profitable and reliable financial instrument”. All long-term life insurance programmes offered by SOGAZ-Life (including Kapital, as well as the Barkhatnyi Sezon pension insurance scheme and Student, a life insurance policy covering a child’s higher education fees) not only provide policyholders with reliable insurance cover; they are a profitable way of planning for the future as well. Funds acquired through long-term life insurance contracts accumulate and are invested in profitable and reliable financial instruments, allowing customers to save funds and multiply what they have accumulated.
