OREANDA-NEWS. On April 06, 2007 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) dismissed the complaint of "BEVE" Ltd. against the actions undertaken by the Tender Commission of the Special Communication of the Federal Protection Service of the Russian Federation (FSO RF) in the open bidding for the works on maintenance support of copy printers, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia. According to the claimant, the ordering party - the Tender Commission of the FSO RF Special Communication - unreasonably rejected the bid submitted by "BEVE" Ltd. stating that it did not meet requirements specified in the tender documentation.

FAS Russia established, however, that the "Table of Works Quality Assessment" and the "List of Works on Maintenance Support of the Copying Equipment" presented by "BEVE" Ltd. were inconsistent in terms of the timing of on-site maintenance work, which was the basis of the bid rejection by the tender Commission.  FAS Russia accepted argumentation of the ordering party and dismissed the complaint.
