OREANDA-NEWS. OOO LLK International, a Lukoil subsidiary that manages production and sales of automotive oils produced at six of the group's plants in Russia and abroad, could sign an agreement with a representative of the Western car business in Russia within the year, Maxim Donde, general director of LLK International, said at a Tuesday press conference.

He did not say which Western company was being discussed, but said that talks are currently underway. LLK International has partner relations with Avtovaz, GAZ Group and Kamaz.

The company has also shown interest in a transformer plant that is being built in Ufa, although there is not any talk right now about delivering transformer oil for the plant, since the technical requirements for the product are not known, Donde said. LLK International is planning to hold talks with the plant and is ready to develop the specific product that is in demand, he said.
