OREANDA-NEWS. May 4, 2007. ROSNO’s South-Volga Directorate has held the training seminar "Voluntary Medical Insurance: New Approach to Improve Personnel Loyalty". This event arranged in the Saratov Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched the communication campaign for HR Managers of the large enterprises in Saratov region.

Dmitry Lebedev, Director of ROSNO’s South-Volga Directorate, opened the seminar and told a story: several years ago, a large Moscow company tried to bring back an elderly female colleague. She retired a few years ago, but she had invaluable experience. The company offered a well-paid position, but the work involved much audit travel all over the country. The woman considered returning to office, but she worried about her health — what if something happens in travel? The only solution was to purchase a VMI policy from ROSNO, which protected the woman on the entire RF territory. Larisa Pavlova, Director of Personal Insurance Center of ROSNO’s South-Volga Directorate, continued with more details about the opportunities this policy offers.

Today VMI policy does not only provide essential competitive advantages to employer as seen by employees, but also helps to retain valuable specialists, to increase work efficiency, to save on sick leaves and to manage efficiently personnel treatment funds. Being a regional market leader, ROSNO pays great attention to this service. One call to 24h ROSNO desk — and our manager will take care of clinic registration, negotiations with hospital, treatment quality control. And, most importantly, he or she will settle the issue of payments to medical institutions.

Along with that, many top managers still do not fully understand the opportunities VMI offers. With this in mind, the seminar’s goal was not only to attract HR Managers’ attention to ROSNO products, but also to receive their feedback. Therefore, the seminar followed dialogue format — both hosts and guests took part in active discussion. Seminar participants — who represented large Saratov enterprises and HR agencies — asked many questions, including "how to communicate VMI advantages to top managers and employees". All participants have received seminar certificates upon completion.
