Vostochny Port JSC Became the Winner of the Third Regional Premium
OREANDA-NEWS. Twenty big Companies of Primorsky Region participated in the competition "Socially responsible business 2006". Vostochny Port JSC became one of six winners.
The high commission well noted Vostochny Port JSC as the Company with the high social responsibility. In 2006 the Company assigned about 26,5 mln. roubles for the charitable and social needs. Vostochny Port JSC supported children and youthful sport, health and education authorities. Main aims of social policy of Vostochny Port JSC are to provide good work conditions, to variously support and expand social guarantees of employees and their families.
The premium in the nomination "Socially responsible business" was implemented by the initiative of Primorsky Region government and Federation of Trade Unions in the last year.
