OREANDA-NEWS. Over the first four months of 2007, St. Petersburg Cartonboard and Printing Mill, a subsidiary of Ilim Pulp Corporation, produced 84,2 thousand tonnes of cartonboard, including 73,2 thousand tonnes of market cartonboard, 6,1 thousand tonnes (9%) up as compared to the same period of 2006, reported the press-centre of   Ilim Pulp.


Output included the following amounts of market cartonboard:
Uncoated board - 10,1 thousand tones, 0,2 thousand tonnes (2%) up year-over-year;
Coated board - 17,0 thousand tones, 0,6 thousand tonnes (3,3%) up year-over-year;
Linerboard - 44,8 thousand tones, 7,0 thousand tonnes (18,5%) up year-over-year;
Match box board - 0,3 thousand tones, 2,2 thousand tonnes (87%) down year-over-year, in line with the 2007 production plan.
Testliner output amounted to 1 thousand tonnes, 0,5 thousand tonnes (17%) up as compared to January-April last year.
Over the period, output of printed product went down 1,3 thousand tonnes (15%) as compared to the same period of 2006, totalling 7,1 thousand tonnes.
During the first four months of 2007, output of disposable plates amounted to 24,8 million pcs, 0,2 million pcs (0,8%) up as compared to January-April 2006.
Some changes in various production types are due to revision in the sales plans of Petroboard Trading and Knauf companies.
