OREANDA-NEWS. Over the first four months of 2007, Kotlas Pulp and Paper Mill, a subsidiary of Ilim Pulp Corporation, produced 317,787 thousand tonnes of commodity product, 5,808 thousand tonnes (1,9%) up as compared to the same period 2006, reported the press-centre of Ilim Pulp.


During January-April 2007, paper output totalled 91,350 thousand tonnes, 3,621 thousand tonnes (4,1%) up year-over-year. Container board output went slightly down (1,219 thousand tonnes or 1,1%) totalling 109,198 thousand tonnes. General pulping over the period amounted to 349,233 thousand tonnes, 5,543 thousand tonnes (1,6%) up year-over-year.
