OREANDA-NEWS. The supervisory board of Tverskoy Wagon Works (TVZ) set the annual meeting date for June 26, the company informed.

The holders will consider the accounting, annual report, dividends payment and elect BOD and an auditor. Besides, they are to approve the credit contracts with Gazprombank and elect the new director general. The 2006-dividends are recommended to be paid at 213,77 rub. a common stock. The Plant increased the 2005-dividends 2,2 fold to 18,43mln rub. (73,82 rub. a stock). The 2006-dividends are to demand 53.36mln rub. The share capital is worth 0,25mln split in 249605 common stocks of 1 rub. par. TVZ is one of the leading wagon makers in Russia and CIS. The major holder is the state property committee (42,5%), 25% are held by Transmashholding. The 2006-net profit (RAS) rose 44,8% to 266,8mln rub. from 184,25mln rub.; revenues - 15,307bn rub. from 11,376bn rub.
