2006 Report by Allianz ROSNO Life
OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2007. IC Allianz ROSNO Life, an affiliate of OJSC ROSNO that focuses on long-term life insurance and retirement insurance, demonstrated high growth rates in 2006, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
The data confirm that, like in 2005,the company kept the its high insurance portfolio growth rates in 2006.
The total accrued insurance premium exceeded 273 mln. roubles, which is 137 mln. roubles above the last year’s level. When compared to 2005, corporate portfolio grew by 137% due to the growing agent network of Allianz ROSNO Life — today it has over 2,000 agents in Moscow and the regions — and due to successful promotion of customer-focused long-term insurance programs that target both individuals and companies.
The corporate insurance reserves exceeded 183 mln. roubles by the end of the reporting period.
As part of the corporate regional network development program and regional leadership strategy in 2006, Allianz ROSNO Life set up representative offices in Samara, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Sarovo, Saransk, Arzamas, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk, Ivanovo, Vologda, Lipetsk, Kirov, Angarsk, Bratsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ust-Ilimsk, Ulan-Ude, Selekhov, Yakutsk, Stavropol, Petrozavodsk, Ryazan and Vladimir. By the end of 2006, the company had them 33.
Allianz ROSNO Life continued improving its life insurance service in Q3 2006. In view of the customers’ needs revealed in customer surveys, the company has developed and launched the series of rouble products. Now Allianz ROSNO Life customers may purchase their insurance policies both in roubles and in US dollars, using their preferences and expert forecasts.
