The representatives of these countries are ready to pay for the apartments more than 15,000$ a month.  The rent rates of the average price range for the  most wanted properties among the foreigners is from 5,000$ to 12,000$.

The representatives of Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Italy, Canada, Malaysia, Poland, Finland, South Korea, Republic of South Africa are trying to be part of this budget. From 2,000$ to 5000$ for rent of the apartment is spent by foreigners from Austria, Argentina, Israel, India, Ireland, Mexico, Mongolia, Serbia, Taiwan, Turkey, Czech Republic. The minimum budgets (not more than 2000$) are available for the citizens of the CIS, who arrived from the Baltic States, Belorussia, the Ukraine.

Even top managers of important international companies are not ready to spend on the apartment more than 15.000$ per month. While apartments for 20,000-30,000$ find clients among the Russians. However, the preferences of the representatives of the different countries are different. Europeans more frequently settle in the pre-revolutionary houses. Americans, Japanese, Koreans give most significance to safety and more frequently they settle in the houses, built in the recent decades.
