OREANDA-NEWS. On May 25, 2007 a Gazprom delegation chaired by Vlada Rusakova, Member of the Gazprom Management Committee, Head of the Strategic Development Department paid a visit to Germany, reported the press-centre of Gazprom. 

Within the visit Vlada Rusakova met with Dr Klaus-Ewald Holst, Managing Director of Verbundnetz Gas (VNG AG). The parties discussed further sci-tech cooperation directions between the companies. Special attention was paid to gas main system operating as well as the automatization of production processes.

The meeting resulted in the signing of the Sci-tech Cooperation Program between Gazprom and VNG AG over 2007 to 2009. The document is aimed at developing the joint mutually beneficial innovative business.

The Gazprom delegation visited a compressed station of VNG in Bobbau as well as the UGS facilities in Bernburg and Bad Lauchstadt.
