OREANDA-NEWS. On May 22, 2007 Sviaz-Bank’s President-Chairman of the Executive Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Regional Banks of Russia Gennady Meshcheryakov was awarded the Association’s Golden Medal, reported the press-centre of  Sviaz-Bank.

The Golden Medal, which is awarded for great contributions to the development of the Association and the banking sector of Russia, is recognition of G. Meshcheryakov’s contribution to raising the accessibility of banking services for the country’s population.

The award ceremony was held at the 22nd Annual General Assembly of the members of the Association of Regional Banks of Russia at the President Hotel Moscow.
