OREANDA-NEWS. On June 27, 2007 Pharmacy Chain 36.6 [MICEX: RU14APTK1007; RTS: APTK] announced the completion of acquisition of Zdravnik pharmacy chain in the city of Yekaterinburg, reported the press-centre of  Pharmacy Chain 36.6.

Zdravnik pharmacy chain is the largest in the Sverdlovsk region. The revenues of Zdravnik totaled USD 23.4 million in 2006. The chain includes 48 pharmacies, with 37 situated in the city of Yekaterinburg. The average floor space of the pharmacies is 105 square meters and the trading footprint is 60 square meters.

Zdravnik pharmacy chain is currently undergoing the internal audit and the integration program. Following completion of the audit a decision will be made regarding re-branding and reformatting of the acquired pharmacies. 

Financial details of the acquisition are not disclosed.
