OREANDA-NEWS. This time by invitation of management of JSC "Tatenergo" participants of the power engineering club gathered in capital of Tatarstan. The fifth forum of leading specialists in turbine building and operation and design of turbine equipment was devoted to reconstruction and upgrading of turbine equipment, utilization of the modern innovative technologies and transfer to servicing at the power engineering companies of Russia.

During the conference the scientists and practical engineers from various regions of RF considered the problems of reconstruction and upgrading of turbine equipment, discussed Russian and foreign expertise of advanced constructive solutions application, searched the ways of enhancing reliability and safety of plant turbine equipment operation.

Basic task of holding such research forums is development of views common for power engineering specialists, designers, producers and general contractors. NP "Innovation Power Engineering Club", founded in 2004 by initiative of JSC "Teploenergoservis-EK", promotes business contacts between customers of the power engineering equipment, producers, suppliers and research institutes; assists with the search of investors and realization of projects; popularize modern scientific-technical achievements in the area of power engineering machine building.

Meetings like this are in the first hand, exchange of information, views, knowledge, expertise. . That’s why traditionally the Club holds its meetings in the power engineering complexes, famous for the wide utilization of modern, innovation technologies. Thus, the first two days of the club conference were held in Finland and Germany, in 2004 the same meting was held in Italy. In 2005 members of power engineering club met at CHPP VAZ of JSC "Samaraenergo". This year the location of the conference was chosen by Club the JSC "Tatenergo". The choice explains itself: in the energy holding the focus is the upgrading the basic equipment at the plants. With each year at the electrical plants of "Tatenergo" grows the volume of reconstruction works, aimed at replacement of the parts for service life extending and enhancing the reliable and cost-efficient operation of equipment compared to initial. The participants familiarized with operation of Kazan cogeneration plants. At CHPP-1 for over one year has worked the gas turbine (GT-50). This technology is considered today one of the advanced in power engineering.

The holding plants are utilized computerized complexes for regulation the total capacity including the electro-hydraulic systems of regulation the turbine. Within the 2 years all of the turbines at the plants of JSC "Generation Company" will be furnished with this system. At Zainsk Condensation Plant goes on utilization of systems of modern computerized ball-cleaning condensers, and that allows to considerably improve the vacuum in turbine condensers. For further enhanced cost-efficiency at each plant continues upgrading the sealings of flow part of turbine with transfer to "cellular".

The work goes on for utilization at each plant the computerized systems of control and vibro-diagnostics of turbines (ASKVD). The protections for turbines turning off after increase of vibration above allowed values, are applied. In 2006 the system ASKVD furnished 5 turbines, in total in the power system were utilized ASKVD at 27 turbine aggregates. It is also planned for the coming 5 years to do such big efficient actions, as construction of the steam-gas installations (PGU) at КCHPP- 3 of capacity not less than 100 MW, additionally at КCHPP-1 PGU of capacity about 100 MW, construction of PGU -230 MW at Zainsk Condensation Plant on place of energy unit №1, that worked out its life and will be dismantled.

Thus the work for utilization of the new techniques and innovative technologies will go on in the next years, and this will allow to enhance effectiveness of energy production in both JSC "Generation Company" and in "Tatenergo" holding.
