OREANDA-NEWS. The ceremony of opening the first Customer Service Center (CSC) in Voronezh took place today and the second CSC in Bryansk region on the basis of JSC “Bryanskenergo” Western Electric Grid Company was opened in Klintsi on July 5.

Among major directions of the CSCs activities is the work with legal entities and natural persons for signing contracts on connecting to the power companies electric grids, receiving applications on checking and replacing electric meters, providing consultations on problems concerning power supply.

The project on integrated customer services system is being implemented on the initiative and with the assistance of JSC “IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus”. Customer Service Centers will be established in all regions of the JSC “IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus” operation area in 2007.

“Opening the CSCs, we create comfortable conditions for the customers on “one window” principle for managing all problems concerning power supply. The customers only need to come, submit an application and have no more troubles. It is inconvenient to pay for electricity at one place, for gas - at another one, for replacing meters - at a third one and for connecting to the electric grids – at a fourth one. All these activities shall be realized by professionals, preferably in one office - at a Customer Service Center”, stressed Anatoly Merzlyakov, Deputy Director General of JSC “IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus”.

This is already the second CSC office in Bryansk (the first one was opened in April). JSC “Bryanskenergo” addressed the adjoining power companies with a suggestion to combine the efforts at the CSC offices, in order that the consumers could manage the problems of connecting to the Bryanskenergo electric grids and those concerning public power industry, do accounts with Bryansk Sales Company, apply for the Bryansk affiliate of OPA “Energobalance” works. At the ceremonial meeting the chief executives of the above mentioned companies approved the Bryanskenergo project and agreed to participate in it. A working place for an Energobalance employee is already prepared in the Klintsi CSC office.

Representatives of Klintsi and Klintsi district authorities as well as residents of the city also participated in the ceremony. The first visitor of the CSC, remarkably awarded the documents for connection to the Bryanskenergo electric grids, was M. Khodin, principle of the Mglinsk boarding school. Thanks to the Federal Program a new bedroom block was built for the children this year. The power companies, patronizing the boarding school for many years, helped to coonect the school to power supply, and at the ceremony they presented children with a picture for the new building. The principle of the boarding school, in his turn, presented the Klintsi CSC employers with the Bryanskenergo logo, embroidered by the boarding school kids.
