OREANDA-NEWS. The first customer care center (CCC) aimed to advance the work of power companies with the customer was opened in Elets in the Lipetsk region.

Evgeny Makarov, General Director of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”, Yuri Bozhko, first deputy head of administration of the Lipetsk region, Alexander Konanykhin, Managing Director of JSC “Lipetskenergo”, Victor Sokovykh, the Head of the Elets administration, Dmitry Krymov, General Director of JSC “Lipetsk sales company”, Evgeny Svintsov, Director of Lipetsk affiliate JSC “Energobalance” participated in grand opening ceremony of the Customer Care Center on June 24.
 
The established Customer care complex center in the framework of system restructuring works on the one window principle where representatives from all power companies of the region are operating to make the process of communication easier. The main objective of CCC is to raise level of services to the customer to a new level as well as, to reduce the number of employees and authorities who process applications.

"We set up a constructive dialog with the Elets authorities, obtained the local authorities support that is one of the shaping factors to open the first Customer care center in Elets”, - said Alexander Konanylhin. 

You can address the CCC, if you need to send an application and sign a contract on a new connection to the grid, to buy and have metering devices installed or  meter readings taken, billed and privileges confirmed on payment for energy.  Both natural persons and legal entities can address to the CCC. 

“Any problems on power energy can by solved in the CCC for natural persons and legal entities as well as, simple people who live in the city. Further, the HMUB and utilities board problems will be solved.” – said Evgeny Makarov, General Director of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”. 

The affiliated of JSC Lipetsk sales company”, Lipetsk affiliate JSC “Energobalance” are functioning as JSC “Lipetskenergo” in the CCC.  Hereafter, it is planned to expand the representative office of power energy companies of the Lipetsk region: the invitation to participate in the project was already received by JSC “TGC-4” “Lipetsk regional generation”, as well as, HMUB companies.

The advanced informational technologies allow providing high service quality. Here customers can receive consultations from specialists, convenience and hospitality.  Besides, 24-hour free line is already operating. Residents of the Lipetsk region can receive consultations on new connections, find out information on power cut-offs, as well as, inform about theft of power equipment, by dialing 8-800-50-50-115.
All applications sent to the CCC will be answered and registered in its electronic database. The customer will be informed in the written form or by telephone about the results. It is planned to establish a remote servicing system through Internet.

At the moment, the centers are already functioning in the following regions of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” service area: Belgorod, Vladimir, Orel, Kursk, Bryansk.

It is planned to open Customer care centers in Lipetsk and other regional cities in the nearest future.
