OREANDA-NEWS. On July 31, 2007 the grand opening ceremony of the first Customer Care Center in the Yaroslavl region in the city of Rostov was held, reported the press-centre of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.

CCC will offer customers the entire spectrum of innovative solutions, aimed to provide information awareness, time saving and regulation of visitors’ reception process. The customers will be able to receive all needed consultations on terms and procedures of new connections, as well as, here the applications for new connections will be received, assorted and all documents required for the procedure will be given.
 
The following companies will be operating under the one window principle in the building of CCC: JSC “Yarenergo”, JSC “Energobalance”, MUE “Billing center”, “Customer service” and “115”, Ltd., what will help to solve problems. Every one who addresses the center can draw a request to check the power metering device, to find out the needed data on personal account, the pay the municipal service and get consultation on franchising. Today, the application of interaction combined system is the power grid company perspective development.

At the moment, the customer care centers are successfully functioning in the following regions of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” service center: Belgorod, Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Tver regions. Currently, the JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” opened 15 CCC. It is planned to open Customer care centers in Tver and Smolensk.
