OREANDA-NEWS. The first Customer Care Center (CCC) in Yaroslavl region has started its work in Rostov the Great on the initiative of JSC IDGC of Center, reported the press-centre of  JSC IDGC of the Center.

Before the opening Father Serafim, the Superior of Spaso-Yakovlevsky Dmitriev monastery, sanctified the Center and blessed the employees for “labour and good deads”.

Following the consecration the first meeting was held, where Igor Sharoshikhin, Technical Director of JSC Yarenergo, representatives of 115 Ltd, representatives of participating companies and CCC employees were present. Igor Sharoshikhin congratulated all people present with the start of the Center’s work and thanked those who took part in the project realization.

The Customer Care Center is a single reception office intended to provide customers with high quality servicing.

The customer will have access to all necessary consultations on the terms and procedure of specification issuing and connection to the power grids. Applications on technological connections will be accepted, processed and sorted here, and all necessary documents for this service will be provided.

The following customer offices will work with CCC in the same premises on a “single window” principle: JSC Yarenergo, JSC Energobalance, MUE “Calculation Center”, MD “Order Service” and 115 Ltd. Every customer will have the possibility to make an application for meter inspection, to check one’s personal account, pay for public utilities and receive consultations on HCS (housing and communal services) benefits. Today the establishment of a complex system of interaction with customers is the main guideline for the perspective development of a grid company.

The Contact Center renders a remote customer service. It is a universal “entry point” for all questions from customers by telephone and Internet communication. A free hot line (8-800-50-50-115), intended to help the residents of Yaroslavl region to call at any time of the day and solve questions related to power supply, has been in place since July 31.

The nearest perspective is to open an Internet CCC. By means of the Internet the customer will be able to make an appointment in the Customer Care Center at any suitable time, to make an application on technological connection, recordings, meter inspection, personal account checking.
