OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2007. Working team of JSC "Sverdlovenergo" and Sverdlovsk regional committee "Elektroprofsouz" made results of performance of Collective agreement for the first semester of 2007.

Collective agreement for the first semester of 2007 is found to be executed.

Rate of monthly average wage in JSC "Sverdlovenerego" for 6 months in comparison with the same period of time last year made 115,5 % while index advance of consumer prices in Russian Federation is 108,5 %.

Percent of bonus and additional payment keeps to the level of last year.

There is no salary payment debt.

Planned labour protection events are financed and performed in the full scale.

3 main programmes are implemented:

Voluntary health insurance is made on the basis of Programme of insurance coverage of the Company (affirmed by the Board of director 3 years ago) and agreement with insurance company ROSNO.

According to the Programme of insurance coverage, employees go through schedule medical examination. In the first semester of the current year 398 people have got qualified medical help on the total sum of 4,3 mln rbl., 28 people had a rest in preventoriums and sanatoriums for the total sum 592,3 thousand rbl.

Unfortunately notwithstanding sponsored activities, the level of disease incidence doesn't know low. This is up to hard work which is connected with reorganization of the company which still continues.

Non-state retirement insurance is made on the basis of Programme of non-state retirement insurance for the workers of Sverdlovenergo and the provision about non-state pension insurance for the workers of Sverdlovenergo according to the agreements  made with non-state pension funds.

Present time corporative plan of non-state pension insurance (pension insurance is made at the expense of employer's money) is in the process of realization. Non-state pension is provided for 1600 people already.

Till the end of present year it's planned to start to implement parity plan (pension insurance will be formed at the expense of employer and employee). The right of workers to transfer the funded part of state pension into non-state pension fund is provided together with National Pension Fund of Energetics. About 500 people have already used this right.

New project of corporative support and assistance to provide better living conditions for the workers is already launched. Sverdlovenergo spends money to rent houses for workers invited from other places. The order about provision of interest-free loan to the workers of the company who have a right to get corporative support in the first instance is already signed. The total sum of money should reach 22 mln. rbl.

To provide corporative assistance on improvement of living conditions for the workers, Sverdlovenergo works together with Sverdlovenergozhilstroy for the purpose of housing construction in Yekaterinburg, Polevskoy and Serov to sell it later to the workers on easy terms.

Sverdlovenergo has already identified the banks with which it is going to work on the issues connected with privileged mortgage credit lending. Lists of workers who are in need to improve their living conditions and are able to take mortgage credit are in the process of formation.

Main working activities for the second semester of 2007 agreed with trade unions:

Continue of work on the Provision connected with business trips taking into account suggestions and notes.

Affirmation of Provision connected with the order of selling of houses which are the property of Sverdlovenergo.
