OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2007. From beginning of the third quarter of 2007 VAB Bank will extend their network of pay card terminals by more than 18%, reported the press-centre of VAB Bank.

Alone in July 47 new POS-terminals were installed in the "Kosmo" shops so that on the 1st of August VAB Bank had more than 315 POS-terminals, of which 75 are in "Kosmo" shops.

According to the Head of the department of card business of VAB Bank, Elena Sobolevoa-Tereschenko, the shops using the pay cards will allow them to increase their turnover. On the other hand the extended network of terminals will allow users to pay their purchases quicker and easier.

So the trade network increases the turnover in giving the clients an additional method to pay commodities/ services on credit with a pay card and eliminate the problems of falsified bank notes.

Today clients can find the VAB Bank POS-terminals in shops like "Kosmo", the restaurants of "Yakitoriya", "Coffee House", "Tokyo", the bookshops "Bykva" and many more.
